1. General These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants. By using our site you agree to these terms in full. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Products We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Order Processing & Shipping Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Once processed, orders are dispatched through our global fulfillment network. Due to the nature of our sourcing and fulfillment operations, estimated delivery windows may range from 15 to 45 business days depending on your location, product availability, and logistics routing. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Lunoxa™ shall not be held responsible for delays arising from carrier operations, customs clearance, weather events, holidays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that delivery timelines may vary and agree not to hold Lunoxa™ liable for shipping delays.
5. Customs & Import Duties Some orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lunoxa™ has no control over customs processes and cannot predict whether charges will apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns prior to ordering.
6. Refunds & Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. All sales are considered final upon shipment. In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. We do not offer refunds for items that have been shipped, items delayed in transit, or items held by customs. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages Lunoxa™ is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers or customs. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier or postal service directly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating missing shipments but cannot guarantee outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunoxa™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this site including but not limited to logos, images, product descriptions, and copy is the property of Lunoxa™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
