Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times Lunoxa™ operates through a global fulfillment network to bring you premium lighting products at accessible prices. As a result, delivery windows vary by destination:

Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch. Tracking accuracy depends on the carrier and destination country.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Lost or Delayed Packages Lunoxa™ is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers or customs agencies. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier or postal service directly. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee outcomes on carrier-related issues.
