Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at "support@lunoxa.us" with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
All Sales Final After Shipment Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been dispatched. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
